Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a technically related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in Finance, Planning & Analysis or Business Management.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with data mining and manipulation of data sets.
• Inquisitive, collaborative, and diligent with peers and colleagues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for complex issues.
• Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management.
• Proven track record executing on special projects with limited lead time.

Responsabilités

• Manage annual and ongoing financial planning activities for assigned pillars with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare efficiency reporting, analytics, and strategic insights including executive summaries and presentations.
• Report and monitor key metrics, drive data quality, and define future reporting needs.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and deliver financial analysis to senior management.
• Perform variance analysis and explain changes from prior forecasts and budgets.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.
• Design and enhance reports and dashboards delivering actionable insights to senior management.
