Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Associate to develop and deliver robust financial analysis and business support for the Offers & Shopping business, within the Consumer & Community Banking line. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services in finance, business management, planning and analysis, accounting, controllership, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to gather, mine, and manipulate data sets to support analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to create ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and ability to operate as a trusted partner across business and finance teams.
• Personally motivated, with strong ownership, follow-through, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned to business objectives
• Prepare and present executive-level materials supporting month-end close and performance routines
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular insights to help guide data-informed decisions
• Execute financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate new opportunities and trade-offs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business initiatives using market and performance inputs
• Guide continuous improvement efforts across reporting, analysis, and operating routines
• Maintain strong financial controls and support compliance by partnering with risk, audit, and other control functions
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business, finance, and planning teams
