CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees in Carson City, NV. You will support planning, forecasting, and variance analyses for fee-related P&L lines within the Pharmacy Services business, reporting to the Manager, FP&A Fees, Credits, GTs, Legislative & Network Consolidation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM or health services environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin, transaction, and broker fees.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear management-ready reporting.
• Collaborative cross-functional work with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for admin, transaction, and broker fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines and communicate key drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for leadership.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
