Job summary

CVS Health in Boise, ID is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for admin, transaction, and broker fees within the Pharmacy Services business.

You will help develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance reports for fee-related P&L lines, ensuring accurate planning and clear communication to Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or similar role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in healthcare/PMB environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees with detail at client and pharmacy levels.
• Performs monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines, identifying key drivers such as client mix, volume, and rate changes.
• Builds and maintains financial models supporting fee analytics, including transaction volume modeling and scenario planning.
• Prepares reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials for leadership.
• Supports ad-hoc analysis and special projects as directed by the Manager.
