Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own and maintain expense forecasts across workforce planning, vendor spend, and other non-operating expenses. You will surface savings opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and support growth through rigorous analysis and reporting.

In this role you will collaborate with the Corporate Finance Manager, support internal and external reporting, and progressively take full ownership of forecasting and related reporting within our planning

Responsibilities

• Serve as the expense SME for business partners on methodology, budget challenges, and spend visibility.
• Proactively analyze expense data to identify savings opportunities and quantify impact.
• Own the personnel model end-to-end, maintaining workforce planning forecasts and inputs.
• Build and maintain forecasts for vendor and non-operating expenses with bottoms-up detail.
• Maintain and update financial proformas reflecting current assumptions.
• Partner on G&A business partnership and support other partners with expense planning and ad hoc requests.
• Play a key role in the monthly close, including expense accruals and variance analysis.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and re-forecasting, developing expense budgets with stakeholders.
