Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own and maintain expense forecasts across workforce planning, vendor spend, and other non-operating areas. You will partner with the Corporate Finance Manager to support G&A partnerships and contribute to the monthly close and forecasting updates in Adaptive.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and budgeting processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency using financial planning tools and modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the expense forecasting expert for workforce planning, vendor spend, and non-operating expenses.
• Analyze expense data to identify savings opportunities and quantify impact.
• Own the personnel model end-to-end and maintain workforce planning forecasts.
• Build and maintain vendor and non-operating expense forecasts with bottom-up methodology.
• Play a key role in the monthly close, including variance analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting and reforecasting, building and challenging expense plans.
• Maintain Adaptive forecasting models and ensure data integrity across the planning platform.
• Deliver internal and external reporting tailored to management and board needs.
