Job summary

Advantive Career Center in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own expense forecasting, workforce planning, and non-operating expense analysis. You will partner with the Corporate Finance Manager on G&A budgeting, support month-end close, and maintain forecasts in Adaptive.

This role grows toward full ownership of forecasting and reporting, offering high-impact exposure. The ideal candidate brings advanced Excel modeling, 5+ years in FP&A, and a business-minded approach to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
Strong Excel modeling skills and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

Own expense forecasts across workforce, vendors, and other non-operating expenses.
Analyze expense data to identify savings opportunities and quantify impact.
Maintain workforce planning model end-to-end, including headcount and compensation inputs.
Build and maintain vendor and other non-operating expense forecasts with bottoms-up methodology.
Support month-end close, variance analysis, and reporting to management and board.
Develop and deliver internal and external FP&A reporting.
