Mattr is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting. You will partner with executives to translate complex data into actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and help enhance planning systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytic experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems.
• Strong financial modeling and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly consolidated forecasting and annual budget across business groups.
• Prepare executive presentations and MD&A with accurate reconciliations.
• Partner with leaders to support planning, performance analysis, and decision-making.
• Deliver scenario analyses, ROI evaluations, and investment-related insights.
• Improve FP&A tools and reporting, including OneStream/DataFlows and self-service analytics.
• Maintain data integrity, internal controls, and governance for reporting.
