Job summary

FranklinCovey in Draper, UT is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the organization. This role helps evolve the company’s EPM environment (Workday Adaptive Planning) and ensures data integrity across finance and operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in financial analysis, strong GAAP knowledge, and proven ability to build and explain complex models and dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in FP&A functions and financial modeling.
• GAAP accounting principles knowledge.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting across departments; update monthly forecasts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages with variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain financial models; run scenario analyses.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and profitability assessments.
• Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.
