Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in Winter Park, FL. You will drive financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis, partnering with project managers to optimize profitability and resources.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting and 6+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in engineering or construction settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with project profitability and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with FDOT, USEPA, FHWA or similar regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses and forecasting to drive growth.
• Prepare budget proposals and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with project managers on profitability and resource allocation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and compile audit packages.
• Utilize Deltek ERP for financial management and reporting.
