Jobot is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a growing company. The role blends strategic analysis with hands-on financial modeling, guiding senior leadership through LRFF and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, data mining, and analysis.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas.
• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP.
• PowerBI/UI Planner knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and reporting.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed management reports.
• Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights.
• Perform monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc reports.
• Lead LRFF process and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Support accounting with GL and P&L analysis.
• Use PowerBI, PeopleSoft, and UI Planner to drive decisions.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
