Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
• Experience building and maintaining predictive financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting packages and presentations.
• Lead and support the annual budgeting process.
• Develop forecasts and predictive financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that influence business outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of financial models.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and performance analysis.
• Support M&A initiatives with financial modeling and due diligence analysis.
