Job summary

Kao is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to guide monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, and ensure smooth global consolidation. You will manage financial data and drive improvements in reporting systems to support strategic decisions.

Applicants should have 3+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel, and familiarity with Power BI. The role offers a hybrid work environment, healthcare, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, or management reporting required.
• Basic understanding of general accounting guidelines.
• Experience with consolidations/multi-country environment preferred.
• Must possess advanced Excel skills with basic skills in PowerPoint & Microsoft Word.
• Experience with data analytic software such as PowerBI and Alteryx a plus.
• Experience in SAP and EPM/BPC (or similar ERP applications) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budget and forecast support – create upload templates; assist with timeline and guideline adherence; develop annual budget and monthly forecast reviews to ensure accuracy and thoroughness; identify & help realize opportunities for standardization, efficiencies, and process improvements; support fixed departments as assigned, including creating budgets and forecasts and tracking actual results.
