Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency developing the analysis of expenses and revenue.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support business decisions.
• Coordinate annual MTP/budget and monthly reforecasts (P&L, cash flows) and maintain planning controls.
• Support CFO and corporate finance with monthly reports (income statements, WCR, headcount, KPI).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to improve financial performance.
