Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, OR a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, OR a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and non finance partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to work full time with flexibility to cover 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST shifts; possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and maintain accurate reporting of FTE headcount and FTE-related expenses.
• Track vendor and third-party technology costs and support forecasting.
• Collaborate with CIO leaders and finance/tech teams to enable executive storytelling and insights.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Support month-end, forecast, and budget activities related to technology and workforce spend.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across multiple financial sources and tools.
• Coordinate with finance, technology, and operations peers to resolve data questions.
