Job summary

You will partner with FP&A, Operations, Product and Controllership to deliver weekly and monthly financial reviews, drive process improvements, and automate workflows. A strong foundation in Excel/SQL and communication skills is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field, or 5+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial reports and models to address business questions, ensuring accuracy through audits and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data using tools such as Excel and SQL to extract insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that strengthen financial controls, reduce defects, and scale reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Finance business partners to understand operational challenges, propose solutions, and communicate financial findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Lead projects with limited oversight to deliver value-add enhancements, maintain documentation and standard operating procedures, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
