In this lean, collaborative environment, you will partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams to develop financial models and dashboards, support strategic decisions, and strengthen financial visibility while maintaining controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role with budgets/forecasts.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational information and communicate findings.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Professionalism and sound judgment in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the annual budget and ongoing forecasts with department leaders.
• Prepare monthly results, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Evaluate profitability, margins, pricing, and manufacturing costs.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams on investments and resource allocation.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR-related activities.
• Support Controller and accounting with special projects and process improvements.
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects as needed.
