Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic and financial goals. This on-site role in Salt Lake City partners with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and planning process with department leaders.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, projections, and performance reporting.
• Analyze profitability, trends, costs, and performance versus budget/forecast.
• Develop financial models to support short- and long-term decisions.
• Provide analyses for strategic initiatives, including revenue growth and cost savings.
• Collaborate across departments with Corporate Finance and other partners.
• Support capital planning and analysis of expenditures.
