Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in California seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A to shape enterprise-level financial planning and strategic analyses for leadership and the Board.

You will partner with senior finance leaders to deliver forecasts, operating plans, and long-range analyses, turning complex data into clear narratives for executives and governance bodies. The role is on-site four days a week in Burbank, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, Strategy, Consulting, or related finance roles.
• Strong modeling background (P&L, cash flow, valuation, scenario planning).
• Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or Board-level audiences.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning deliverables for Entertainment & Sports segments, including forecasts, annual plans, and long-range plans for executive leadership and the Board.
• Develop executive-ready materials that clearly communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs.
• Monitor and analyze performance, identifying key drivers, variances, and KPIs.
• Partner with finance teams to validate assumptions, improve forecast accuracy, and align near-term with long-term objectives.
• Support enterprise-level strategic analyses, including valuation work and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support long-term planning, capital allocation, and external financial messaging.
