Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 2–4+ years in FP&A, accounting, analytics, or management consulting.
• Foundational FP&A experience with deep knowledge of financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and handle competing priorities.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience creating PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for management.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end consolidated forecast/close and quarterly earnings process.
• Prepare monthly financial updates to COFO and Finance leadership.
• Track total company P&L risks and opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Provide insights on guided metrics and trends for external guidance process.
• Build dashboards and operational KPIs; develop financial narratives.
• Lead ad hoc financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Present analyses to Finance & Strategy team and executives.
