Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Financial Analyst within Finance & Strategy to support Customer Success across geographies, delivering data-driven insights to guide investments and growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A, Finance & Strategy, Accounting, Operations, or Sales Strategy in a multinational entity.
• Strong MS Excel or Google Sheets; Hyperion and/or Smartview is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level business partnering.
• Track record of successful and quantifiable process improvement projects.
• Interest in process innovation and improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in developing the annual business plan, quarterly forecast updates, and financial consolidation by providing required data trends, reports, and insights.
• Build strong relationships with key business partners, establishing trust and understanding drivers.
• Support headcount and expense planning initiatives.
• Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.
• Assist with the financial and operational integration of new acquisitions, including Informatica.
• Develop scalable headcount reporting to support self-service budget requests and insights, including standard costing models.
• Collaborate with Finance & Strategy, Recruiting, Employee Services, and Customer Success leadership to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and deliver process improvement while meeting critical deadlines.
