Temporal is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in San Francisco, CA to own close, reporting, and modeling for our corporate finance function. This role builds the FP&A foundation for a high-growth, consumption-based company and collaborates with leadership to drive decision-making.

You will own the monthly close cadence, prepare board-ready reports, and support a 3-statement model and planning processes. Prior experience in high-growth tech and strong Excel/Sheets skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, public accounting (Big 4 preferred), or corporate FP&A at a high-growth tech company.
• Direct experience with month-end close, board reporting, and financial model maintenance is strongly preferred.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company and familiarity with consumption- and SaaS-metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own the Monthly Close and Reporting Cadence: drive the close end-to-end, partner with Accounting and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate outputs.
• Own monthly and quarterly reporting to the CFO and Board, translating results into narratives, insights, and takeaways.
• Lead variance analysis and management reporting, uncovering reasons behind results for CFO and leaders.
• Maintain our consolidated three-statement model, cash forecast, and long-range plan for leadership visibility.
• Partner with People team to deliver workforce reporting, headcount tracking, and hiring plan visibility.
• Support the implementation and administration of Pigment as the planning platform for a public-company-ready finance function.
• Own ad hoc analysis for the CFO and cross-functional partners.
