Job summary

EvenUp in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidation & G&A, to own the monthly consolidation and budgeting process across functions and produce the company P&L. You will drive reporting from actuals to forecast and partner with cross-functional leaders.

The role requires 4+ years in FP&A, expert Excel modeling, SQL, and hands-on experience with an ERP. You will push reporting toward the data stack with BigQuery/dbt and provide analytics to the CFO and finance

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance; owning or building a corporate/consolidated model that rolls up multiple functions or business units
• Strong grasp of how a company P&L is built bottoms-up; understand drivers and reconciliation
• Excel/Sheets modelling expertise (SUMIFS, array formulas, scalable models)
• Comfort working directly with data: SQL against a warehouse, or ability to learn quickly
• Hands-on with a modern ERP for sourcing actuals
• Precise, low-ego, self-directed; communicate concisely

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly roll-up of every function into the corporate model, pulling Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A actuals and forecasts to a single company P&L
• Build and maintain the monthly reporting package: actuals vs. budget/forecast, variance commentary, KPI tracking; support the quarterly board deck
• Partner with G&A cost-center owners (Finance, Legal, People, Operations) to own budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend with monthly variance reviews
• Own the corporate model as the single source where functions come together; ensure data mapping from source systems is accurate and scalable
• Push reporting off spreadsheets toward the data stack; collaborate with Data and Accounting to build auditable pulls from BigQuery/dbt
• Provide ad hoc analysis for the CFO and finance leadership (unit economics, cost efficiency, scenario work)
• Prepare variance analysis with clear, decision-useful commentary
• Develop and maintain G&A forecasts and headcount plans; manage the re-forecast cycle
