Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team. This role supports the Consolidations function, aggregating data across divisions and producing analysis for the CFO and C‑Suite.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel and modeling skills, and proven ability to explain variances with clear narratives while collaborating across Finance and business units.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Corporate Finance/FP&A, Consulting or Investment Banking experience is expected.
• Strong financial acumen and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP, consolidation and planning tools; understanding data flows.
• Fluent with AI tools and applying them to real work scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Run the Cadence: monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles with templates and data pulls.
• Consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning; validate divisions’ submissions.
• Explain variances with driver analysis for executive review and storytelling for the CFO/C‑Suite.
• Prepare executive materials, exhibits, and models for monthly/quarterly reviews and planning sessions.
• Build scalable processes; use AI/data tools to speed analysis across the company.
