EvenUp is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own the monthly roll-up of all functions into the company P&L, tying Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A to the source of truth. Youll build and maintain the corporate model, drive KPI tracking, and support the CFO with variance analysis.

In a 700-employee international environment, you will push reporting toward the data stack, partner with Data and Accounting on auditable pulls, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning with strong

Formación

• 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience building a consolidated corporate model.
• Expert Excel/Sheets modeling with complex formulas.
• Ability to work with data warehouse SQL or quick learner.
• Experience with a modern ERP for sourcing actuals.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly cross-functional P&L roll-up and forecasting.
• Build monthly reporting package and variance commentary.
• Partner with G&A cost-center owners; manage budgets and headcount.
• Own data mapping from source systems into the corporate model.
• Push reporting from spreadsheets to the data stack with BigQuery/dbt.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for CFO and finance leadership.
• Prepare variance analyses with actionable commentary.
• Maintain G&A forecasts and headcount plans.
