JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus seeks an FP&A Senior Associate to lead field forecasting and analytics, coordinating budgeting and forecasting with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. You will develop dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Finance and Business teams, utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and drive continuous process improvements to shorten cycle times and enhance decision support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in Finance, Planning & Analysis or Business Management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting.
• Ability to mine and manipulate data sets and present insights clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with peers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage annual/continual financial planning activities for assigned pillars and present month-end performance.
• Prepare efficiency reporting, analytics, and strategic insights for executive summaries.
• Monitor key metrics, drive data quality initiatives, and define future reporting needs.
• Develop dashboards and deliver financial analysis to senior management.
• Perform variance analysis and explain changes from forecasts.
