Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario analyses, partnering with lines of business and firm-wide finance teams. You will produce management reports for senior leaders and support ad-hoc projects.

The role requires strong Excel-based modelling, clear communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations while maintaining rigor under pressure.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics or Accounting, CFA/CPA/MBA a plus.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong judgment, integrity and ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
• Able to clearly communicate complex concepts and perform under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase and VBA/macros.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sets into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, lines of business and support teams for reporting and analysis.
• Produce presentations and materials for senior management; support ad-hoc projects.
• Develop, consolidate and present financial analyses including budgets and forecasts.
• Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (recurring and ad-hoc).
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key issues to identify root causes and solutions.
• Collaborate across P&A and business lines to deliver timely initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
