Job summary

Valmont is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to partner with North America operations. You will translate operating performance into financial insight to improve COGS, inventory, and forecast accuracy while leading KPI reporting and RCCM reviews.

Expect collaboration across operations, accounting, and Corporate FP&A with travel up to 25%. Strong candidates bring manufacturing finance experience, driver‑based planning, standard costing, and proficiency in OneStream, Power BI, and ERP systems to

Qualifications

BS in Accounting or Finance with 6+ years in manufacturing finance roles.
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement linkages.
Forecasting, AOP, KPI reporting, RCCM, variance analysis, standard costing.
Ability to analyze and report data to support decision making.
Experience driving strategic or operational improvements.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence.

Responsibilities

Lead KPI reporting, RCCM analyses, and operating reviews for cost savings and variances.
Drive forecasting for operations and maintain forward views on costs and inventory.
Support AOP, monthly forecast, and long‑range planning with driver‑based analytics.
Improve reporting automation, data quality, and cross‑functional processes.
Partner with site leadership to explain variances and improve COGS performance.
Communicate insights to leaders and translate data into actionable recommendations.
