Job summary

Compactor Rentals of America seeks a detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to support accounting, financial planning, treasury, and M&A integration activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience.
• Experience supporting debt covenant reporting, budgeting/forecasting, or M&A integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily cash inflow/outflow reporting for liquidity visibility.
• Develop short-term and long-term cash forecasting models.
• Monitor and report on PO activity and spending trends.
• Prepare monthly lender covenant calculations and compliance reporting packages.
• Assist treasury-related analysis, liquidity planning, and working capital management.
• Support improvements to cash management reporting and forecasting processes.
