Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A in Wilmington, Ohio to lead consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across all business units.

The role partners with finance leaders to ensure consistent methodology, drives enterprise reporting for executives and the Board, and builds scalable models and dashboards that inform strategic decisions. The successful candidate will own the enterprise calendar, standard templates, and a high-impact

Qualifications

• Experience owning multi-entity budget, forecast, and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Proven ability to produce executive and Board-level reporting.
• Strong modeling capability with integrated three-statement models.
• Experience implementing enterprise performance management or planning systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a center of excellence and standardization in planning.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated annual budget and monthly forecast across ATSG units.
• Consolidate unit submissions into enterprise revenue, earnings, EBITDA, cash flow, and capex.
• Partner with finance leaders to ensure consistency of methodology.
• Produce enterprise variance analysis with clear attribution.
• Develop long-range financial model and scenario analyses.
• Own enterprise finance calendar and reporting milestones.
• Lead and develop Corporate FP&A team.
• Promote standardized planning methodology and templates.
• Provide reporting to Board and sponsors.
