Job summary

CV Resources is partnering with a respected real estate investment and development company to fill a Senior FP&A Analyst role on its Corporate FP&A team in Vancouver, WA. This high-visibility position will report to executive leadership and the Board, shaping how the company plans, forecasts, and makes strategic decisions.

The role demands advanced modeling, multi-year scenario work, and leadership of the FP&A function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience with meaningful FP&A depth.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills.
• Advanced Excel and FP&A tool experience (dashboards and automation a plus).
• Strong command of corporate finance concepts.
• Ability to communicate clearly and present confidently to senior leadership.
• Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual business plan, quarterly reforecasts, and cash forecasts, and prepare Board-ready narratives on risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Build and maintain multi-year and scenario models, and help set modeling standards.
• Develop and analyze consolidated financial reporting packages for management and the Board.
• Own cash flow analysis to support liquidity planning.
• Deliver variance, trend, and ad hoc analysis with actionable insights.
• Improve reporting processes and templates, and document assumptions and best practices.
• Administer and optimize the corporate budgeting and reporting platform, including user training and enhancements.
• Coach and mentor junior FP&A team members.
