Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, an industry leader in supply chain solutions, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and planning for assigned areas. You will prepare board decks, ops reviews, and BLR analyses, while guiding variance explanations and process improvements.

5-7 years of FP&A experience and a finance degree are required. Responsibilities include coordinating planning timelines, validating data in FP tools, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant FP&A and budgeting experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion/Smartview preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses for monthly/quarterly exec presentations (board decks, ops reviews).
• Assist with weekly P&L reviews with business partner leadership.
• Assess format, timing, frequency of recurring reporting for decision making.
