Regis Corporation, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, seeks a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to own the Anaplan planning environment powering forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, variance analysis, people planning, G&A, royalty, and salon forecasting.

The ideal candidate balances detail with business strategy, embracing AI to automate financial workflows. This senior role offers high visibility on a lean finance team with a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years FP&A or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial modeling.
• Administer and enhance Anaplan planning models toward model builder responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting and communicate trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to develop financial plans and evaluate opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and actionable reporting from financial and operational data.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to aid decisions.
• Improve FP&A processes, automate reporting, and use AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for data integrity and executive presentations.
