Job summary

Regis Corporation, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, seeks a Senior Analyst, FP&A to own the Anaplan planning environment, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. The role involves partnering with business leaders, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights in a lean, high-visibility finance team.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, a builder mindset, and a passion for applying AI to finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, public accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with financial reporting systems, BI tools, and data transformation (Power Query/Power Pivot).
• Experience with large datasets and turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling through Anaplan and other FP&A tools.
• Administer, maintain, and enhance Anaplan planning models with progression toward lead builder responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting and analyze results versus budget/forecast.
• Partner with business leaders to develop financial plans and provide recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and actionable reporting from financial/operational data.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure data integrity and support exec presentations and special projects.
