Job summary

Lennox International in Richardson, TX, seeks an FP&A Analyst III for the HCS segment to support planning, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on data accuracy and cross‑functional delivery.

You'll work with Power BI, Essbase, SAP and Hyperion to develop dashboards, consolidate results, and provide timely insights to senior leadership across BUs.

A Bachelor's in Finance or related field and 4–6 years of FP&A experience are required, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or related finance roles.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes; exposure to multi-site or global teams a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proficient with financial systems and tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Support segment forecast, AOP, and LRP processes with data compilation and validation.
• Assist with monthly reporting and consolidation of results across business units.
• Prepare financial bridges and KPI reporting for review by senior leadership in segment and BU reporting.
