Job summary

BBG Inc. is seeking a data-driven FP&A professional in Dallas, TX to cleanse and analyze data, forecast cash flows, and drive reporting accuracy. You will track KPIs, support budget processes, and prepare materials for leadership and board reviews.

Collaboration with FP&A leadership to build dashboards and insights is essential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in FP&A or accounting, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of FP&A, accounting, or transaction advisory experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, PPT, Word.

Responsibilities

• Cleanses, consolidates, and analyzes data for insights.
• Prepare weekly flash and 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Track and validate KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Build and maintain the full three-statement annual budget.
• Provide materials for board meetings and leadership reviews.
• Create Power BI dashboards with FP&A Director and leaders.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Develop scenario analyses for headcount, utilization, and strategic options.
