Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to support planning cycles and strategic projects for the WW Grocery Stores FP&A organization. The role focuses on delivering key planning reports, leading reviews, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions.

The role collaborates with leadership across grocery, omni-channel, and new store formats, communicating performance to senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Responsibilities

• Support planning cycles (e.g., rest-of-year, 1-year, 3-year, 10-year), including preparing financials reports and P&Ls, conducting in-depth analysis, and collecting key insight from finance partners.
• Drive strategic projects across our Amazon Grocery banners.
• Provide valuable insight for decision-making and financial planning.
• Analyze and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Support WW Amazon Stores Finance (IPAT) and Corporate FP&A to communicate grocery plans and performance to Amazon senior leadership and Board of Directors.
• Continue developing the team’s vision, establish a positive team culture, and develop top talent.
