Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support planning cycles and strategic projects within the WW Grocery Stores FP&A organization. You will own key planning reports, lead periodic reviews, and provide insights for decision-making while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

You will partner with finance and business leaders across the organization, drive automation and standardization of processes, and collaborate with tech teams to enhance reporting tools and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• Experience with SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning cycles (e.g., rest-of-year, 1-year, 3-year, 10-year), including preparing financials reports and P&Ls, conducting in-depth analysis, and collecting key insight from finance partners.
• Drive strategic projects across our Amazon Grocery banners.
• Provide valuable insight for decision-making and financial planning.
• Analyze and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Support WW Amazon Stores Finance (IPAT) and Corporate FP&A to communicate grocery plans and performance to Amazon senior leadership and Board of Directors.
• Continue developing the team’s vision, establish a positive team culture, and develop top talent.
