Job summary

Helion seeks a Finance professional to join the FP&A team onsite in Seattle, supporting monthly reporting and cross-functional operations. You will help set up departmental accounts, assist with forecasting and budgeting, and partner with leaders to provide clear visibility into performance and spend.

The role requires 4–6 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel and ERP skills, and comfort with AI-driven analytics to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience owning budgets, forecasts, models, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience; knowledge of NetSuite/Oracle Fusion/SAP is a plus.
• Familiarity with forecasting tools (Anaplan/Adaptive/Pigment) is a plus.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and business operations across departments.
• Set up departmental management accounts, support forecasting and budgeting.
• Partner with leaders to provide clear visibility into financial performance and YTD spend.
• Contribute to finance projects and build models for planning and decisions.
• Leverage Excel, ERP systems, BI tools, and AI tools to enhance reporting.
