Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Financial Analyst to drive profitable financial programs for strategic accounts, working with Sales and internal teams to boost revenue, inventory turnover, and long-term account goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, AI-enabled insights, and leadership in financial modeling.

The position requires 1–2 years in financial analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years of professional experience in financial analytics, forecasting model development, and accounting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, financial modeling, and data validation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills — both quantitative and qualitative — including data mining, model building, and online market research.
• Independent, analytical thinker able to conduct research and resolve problems with minimal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with Senior Management.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining focus for extended periods.
• Proficiency in utilizing a computer continuously; ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Responsabilités

• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Managers to align financial strategies with account goals and company initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal support teams to resolve financial issues critical to servicing both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a team culture that treats others with respect and operates in a positive and inclusive manner daily.
• Perform financial analysis of product line performance on a macro and micro level, translating findings into actionable recommendations to improve fan merchandise experience.
• Create and run consistent sales reports — including PivotTable-based analyses — that keep account teams informed and responsive to fan demand signals.
