Holland Residential LLC is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for executive review. You will consolidate forecasts, prepare board-ready narratives, and drive efficiency improvements in forecasting accuracy.
You will develop multi-year models, support reporting packages, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Salary range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually.
The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for developing, reviewing, and analyzing financial budgets, reports, and other deliverables for management and the Board of Directors. The Senior FP&A Analyst consolidates forecasts and business plans, delivers insights that influence strategic decisions, and leads process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. This individual works independently with moderate decision-making authority.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required. Professional certification (FP&A, CPA, CMA, and/or CFA) strongly preferred.
Experience: Five (5) years’ experience in finance or accounting required, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive reporting strongly preferred. Previous experience in the real estate, development, and/or construction industry strongly preferred.
