Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for executive review. You will consolidate forecasts, prepare board-ready narratives, and drive efficiency improvements in forecasting accuracy.

You will develop multi-year models, support reporting packages, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
  • Professional FP&A certification (CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred.
  • Five years of finance or accounting experience with advanced modeling and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual business plan, quarterly reforecasts, and cash forecasts; prepare Board-ready narratives.
  • Build multi-year and scenario models; establish modeling standards.
  • Analyze consolidated financial reports for management and Board; highlight risks and opportunities.

JOB SUMMARY

Salary range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually.

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for developing, reviewing, and analyzing financial budgets, reports, and other deliverables for management and the Board of Directors. The Senior FP&A Analyst consolidates forecasts and business plans, delivers insights that influence strategic decisions, and leads process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. This individual works independently with moderate decision-making authority.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Lead the annual company business plan, quarterly reforecasts, and cash forecasts, consolidating inputs and preparing Board-ready narratives highlighting risks, opportunities, and actions.
  • Build and maintain multi-year and scenario models, establishing modeling standards and enhancements.
  • Develop, review, and analyze consolidated financial reporting packages for management and the Board of Directors, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Lead cash flow analysis to support effective cash flow planning and liquidity oversight.
  • Conduct advanced variance, trend, and ad hoc financial analysis, delivering insights and recommendations that support management and Board-level decision making.
  • Support the development of reporting processes and templates, documenting assumptions and promoting standard methodologies where applicable.
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the corporate budgeting and reporting platform, leading user training, resolving technical issues, and driving enhancements that improve modeling accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior members of the Corporate FP&A team through structured feedback, review support, knowledge sharing, and process guidance.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
  • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required. Professional certification (FP&A, CPA, CMA, and/or CFA) strongly preferred.

Experience: Five (5) years’ experience in finance or accounting required, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive reporting strongly preferred. Previous experience in the real estate, development, and/or construction industry strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools; experience with dashboards and automation.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready narratives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence decisions.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
  • Experience with assumption governance and standardization of modeling practices.
  • Familiarity with long-range planning and strategic analysis.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.

  • Flexibility in days and hours worked
  • Ability to lift or move up to twenty (20)
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
