Job Summary

Delivers financial modeling, business partnering, financial analysis, forecasting/budgeting, operational/metric analysis, and ad hoc reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Forecasting
   • Prepares guidance, templates, analysis, and presentations to enable the budget and forecast process.
2. Reporting
   • Prepares regular executive and operational reports, including analysis of financial and non-financial KPIs.
   • Supports the production of monthly and quarterly management reports for Executive Management, including financial information, key metrics, variance analysis, and commentary.
3. Business Partnering
   • Develops relationships with leaders across the business to understand and deliver on business needs.
4. Financial Analysis
   • Solves complex problems, exercises judgment based on financial analysis from multiple sources.
   • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders including project managers, commercial managers, AP, and finance teams.
   • Prepares templates and project cost reports, provides analysis and presentations to support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
   • Assists in monthly variance commentary with tangible insights.
   • Helps develop effective planning and reporting processes.
   • Provides solutions for reporting and task efficiency.
   • Performs other ad hoc duties as required.
5. Qualifications
   • Proven experience in finance.
   • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
   • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leaders.
   • Experience with Hyperion (PBCS).
   • Advanced Excel skills.
   • Business partnering experience preferred.
   • Enthusiastic with a passion to learn.
6. Additional Qualifications
   • 3+ years experience in finance or related field preferred.
   • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
   • Master's degree (MBA) and CPA/CFA certifications preferred.
