Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a client in Oklahoma City to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. This role focuses on planning and forecasting for large-scale development projects, turning complex data into clear decision support, and guiding leadership on capital investments.

You will work across teams to develop capital plans, analyze variances, and deliver timely performance reports to drive informed investment decisions. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and 4–8 years FP&A experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business.
• 4–8 years of FP&A or operational planning experience.
• Experience with forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Comfort working with financial and operational data.

Compensation: $130,000, depending on experience

In this role, you’ll support planning and forecasting for large-scale development projects while helping leadership make informed, data-backed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and manage capital expenditure plans and forecasts
• Track project spending and explain budget variances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports
• Analyze project metrics against plan and original assumptions
• Partner with engineering and operations teams on capital planning
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple business functions

Required Qualifications & Experience:
