Compensation:$84,000 - $92,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Track performance against budget and projections
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Review trends and identify areas for improvement
• Partner with internal teams on financial questions
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in financial analysis or a related finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Edmond, Oklahoma
• Comfort working standard business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Proficiency with financial data and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate findings clearly

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Exposure to incentive or bonus reporting
• Background in lending or financial services
• Advanced Excel or reporting tool experience
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams
