Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $49.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a large nonprofit organization in New York, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts. This role will work closely with the FP&A Manager and collaborate with departments across the organization to provide actionable financial insights, maintain reporting tools, and support budget development for government and private funding. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage grant-specific budgets
• Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and dashboards using Vena Solutions
• Analyze spending trends and recommend adjustments
• Support financial reporting, modeling, and data analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with departments including payroll, accounting, and grants
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills; Familiarity with Vena Solutions and Financial Edge a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Nonprofit or grant-funded experience preferred
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
