Job summary

AccruePartners in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a results-driven FP&A professional to join our data-driven finance team. You will partner with senior leaders to analyze performance, build robust financial models, and deliver insightful reports that influence strategic decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. You will mentor junior analysts and help drive growth, profitability, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end financial performance reports with variance explanations.
• Deliver monthly projections and variance analytics with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics to management.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support planning.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement FP&A process improvements.

• Prepare month end business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates
• Deliver monthly projections and variance analytics on business performance while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to garner new insights and progress updates
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial metrics and operational performance indicators, providing timely insights to management.
• Prepare, deliver, and present clear, data-driven financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with key business partners across the organization to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve growth, profitability, and cost efficiencies
