Job summary

IMO Health in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the evolution of a modern, AI-enabled FP&A function. You will help improve forecasting, strengthen financial accountability, and provide insights across the organization to guide business decisions.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will partner with cross-functional teams on planning, reporting, and analysis, build models, and contribute to process improvements and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets and build financial models.
• Experience with BI, ERP, or financial reporting tools; NetSuite, Solution7, Excel, Copilot, DocuSign a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, including actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers and provide financial insights.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and support dashboards that measure performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support evolving business priorities.

Join our growing Finance team as a Financial Analyst, where you\'ll support the evolution of a modern, AI-enabled FP&A function. In this role, you\'ll help improve forecasting, strengthen financial accountability, and provide insights that support better business decisions across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will partner with teams across the business to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. You\'ll have opportunities to contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and the thoughtful use of business intelligence and AI tools to drive greater efficiency.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO:

• Support ongoing improvements to FP&A processes, including reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and more efficient workflows.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, including actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior year performance, highlighting key trends and areas for follow-up.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers and provide financial insights that support decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for finance leadership and business stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support dashboards that measure business and operational performance.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support evolving business priorities.
• Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies that can improve reporting, analysis, and efficiency.

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets and building financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with business intelligence, ERP, or financial reporting tools; experience with NetSuite, Solution7, Excel, Copilot, DocuSign, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to or interest in automation, AI tools, or workflow improvements is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, data, AI, or private equity-backed environments is a plus.
