Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to influence executive decision-making and shape strategy. You will own financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics with direct exposure to senior leadership and the company president.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with operations and finance teams to drive performance, long range planning, and process improvements, with clear opportunities for advancement into Lead Analyst and Manager roles.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of FP&A, finance, business analytics, or related experience.
• Demonstrated success implementing recommendations that improved business performance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with operational and executive leaders.
• Experience utilizing digital tools, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
