Job summary

Headfarmer is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to sit at the intersection of numbers and decision-making, reporting directly to the CFO in Phoenix, AZ. This role isn’t a back-office position—you’ll be in the room where budgets are built, forecasts stress-tested, and leaders come to you for answers.

You’ll own budgeting cycles, analyze profitability, and build KPI dashboards used by leadership to drive real decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling chops.
• A knack for translating data into a story leaders can act on.
• Bonus points: Power BI/Tableau experience, an MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA (or working toward one).

Responsibilities
