Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, FP&A to support enterprise budgeting and long-term financial planning. You will partner with FP&A leaders, Treasury and Legal to deliver insightful analyses and financial commentary for executive leadership.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and safeguarding corporate assets as you prepare materials for the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors. This position is US-wide and involves cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, HFM, and SAP, preferred

Responsibilities

• Report to Enterprise Director, FP&A with high visibility and engagement with the CFO, Finance VPs, and Investor Relations
• Work with Enterprise, segment and corporate FP&A leaders, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development, and Legal
• Facilitate the annual budgeting and strategic financial planning (3-year) process including consolidation of enterprise financials, trend analyses, financial schedules/graphs, and key planning processes
• Create materials for the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, including financial analysis and commentary
• Apply a continuous-improvement mindset to increase efficiency across all work areas
• Serve as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective, safeguarding our company's assets.
